Senior Billing Analyst (Mobility & Direct Debits Controller) Location: Tshwane (Pretoria) Work Mode: Hybrid Type: 12 months Contract Job Overview The Senior Billing Analyst (Mobility & Direct Debits Controller) is responsible for executing and monitoring Mobility billing processes, supporting invoice generation, validating pricing and revenue data, managing direct debit administration, and resolving billing discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor Mobility billing processes Support end-to-end invoice generation and billing validation activities Manage direct debit administration activities Resolve direct debit exceptions and coordinate corrective actions Perform revenue reconciliations Support stakeholder queries and dispute management Contribute to KPI reporting and process improvement initiatives Act as a Super User and SME for Mobility billing processes Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent 1-3 years' experience in Billing, Revenue Accounting, or Finance Operations Experience with SAP or major ERP systems Multinational experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or Manufacturing Industries preferred Core Competencies Attention to detail Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking Time Management and Planning Accountability and Dependability Effective Communication and Teamwork Strong stakeholder service and interpersonal skills
