POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Manage rental accounting and property-related financial transactions Prepare and maintain rental schedules and reconciliations Perform detailed Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations Manage debtors invoicing, allocations and reconciliations Maintain debtor and creditor age analyses Process and reconcile rental, utilities and related expenses Prepare promotional, revenue and management reports Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements Support annual audit processes and compliance requirements Provide financial support to stakeholders across the business Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' of Financial Accounting experience Strong reconciliation and reporting experience Experience within a high-volume transaction environment Advanced Excel skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Excellent organisational skills Ability to adapt to changing business requirements Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting or related field Strong accounting knowledge essential Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
