Internal Sales Representative - Fitment Centre Job Summary: Location: Western Cape - CPT CBD Reporting to: Branch Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 years experience) Type: Permanent Sector: Sales & Marketing Job Description: Drive sales and grow gross profit by supporting existing Fitment Chain accounts and developing new business opportunities. Proven record of opening new accounts and meeting gross profit targets. Product knowledge of exhausts, towbars, shocks, and suspension. Generate new sales through calls, emails, and customer enquiries. Achieve monthly targets for gross profit and sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fitment solutions. Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products. Monitor customer buying patterns and identify new sales opportunities. Process orders accurately and follow through to completion. Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally. Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications: Grade 12 Skills: Matric and valid driver's license
