Our client, a leading branded fashion and apparel retailer, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Supervisor to join their new store based in the Garden Route Mall . The successful candidate will be passionate about fashion, customer service, and retail operations, with the ability to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure the store delivers an exceptional shopping experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated retail professional looking to grow within a well-established national brand. Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the retail store. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience. Drive sales through product knowledge, promotions, and customer engagement. Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and development. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of store staff. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines. Manage stock control, stock takes, replenishment, and loss prevention. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor store housekeeping and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures. Prepare daily sales reports and assist with administrative duties. Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are adhered to at all times. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 2-4 years' supervisory experience within a fashion, apparel, or branded retail environment. Proven experience leading and motivating a retail sales team. Strong sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good numerical ability and administrative skills. Experience with POS systems and retail reporting. Ability to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays. Well-groomed, professional, and fashion-conscious. Reliable transport to and from the Garden Route Mall in George. Must be available to start immediately. Preferred Requirements Previous experience working for a national fashion or apparel retailer. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles. Experience with stock management and shrinkage control.
