Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate end-to-end Talent Acquisition for assigned vacancies, from recruitment briefing and sourcing through to screening, selection, and appointment support.
  • Proactively identify, high-quality talent through multiple sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs.
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and seamless applicant and hiring manager experience through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People team stakeholders to provide recruitment insights, guidance, and practical support throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organisational standards and requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices, sourcing strategies, screening methodologies, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and market insights to enhance attraction strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

What you'll bring

Qualifications

Required:

  • Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (NQF Level 7).

Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' dedicated Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in proactive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
  • Experience building and maintaining talent pools while delivering a positive applicant and hiring manager experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Required:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment best practices.
  • Advanced sourcing and search capabilities using job boards, professional networks, databases, and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and shortlisting skills.
  • Sound knowledge of talent pooling and candidate pipeline management.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and engage confidently with stakeholders in demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement opportunities that enhance recruitment effectiveness and the applicant experience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative People team.
