Job Description
Our client in the Healthcare and Diagnostic Services sector is seeking four (4) professional and compassionate Enrolled Nurses / Phlebotomists to join their team in Queenstown. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe, accurate specimen collection, maintaining clinical quality standards, and providing exceptional patient care.
- Collect blood and other patient samples safely using approved clinical procedures.
- Provide respectful, empathetic care while explaining collection procedures clearly to patients.
- Perform authorized point-of-care testing and assist with clinical tasks under supervision.
- Follow strict SOPs, infection control measures, and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical patient records.
Requirements
- Current, valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- 1 to 2 years of practical phlebotomy experience.
- Previous experience working within a laboratory or clinical diagnostic setting.
- A valid South African driver’s license.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as operationally required.
