About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to join the team at Simplify HR. In this position, you will oversee nursing personnel across our designated regional facilities to guarantee that all clinical protocols and patient care benchmarks are consistently maintained. You will play a vital role in leading medical teams, driving compliance, and coaching staff to reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise nursing staff across regional branches to maintain high-quality care.
Enforce infection control, safety compliance, and general clinical quality assurance protocols.
Provide active performance management, coaching, and direction while handling clinical or disciplinary concerns as needed.
Travel between various regional branch locations to provide on-site operational support and assessments.
Compile and deliver comprehensive operational reports regarding clinical standards and team performance.

Key Requirements

Active registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse with a valid practicing status.
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing nursing teams, ideally across multiple facilities.
Practical understanding of clinical quality assurance, workflow standards, and strict infection control.
Advanced leadership capability, clear conflict-resolution skills, and effective communication.
