Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

SUMMARY:
Are you an FP&A leader who can turn financial data into decisions that move a business forward? Our client is looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and performance analysis in a manufacturing environment.

You’ll partner with business leaders, build financial models, challenge assumptions and give management a clear view of the drivers behind performance. You’ll report to the Head of Finance and manage the Cost and Management Accountant.

POSITION INFO:
What you'll do Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and longer term financial planning. Analyse margins, profitability, working capital, capital investment and business risks. Develop scenarios for growth, product launches and market opportunities. Own management packs, board packs and KPI reporting. Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve decisions and performance. Improve forecasting and reporting processes through automation and better use of data. What you'll bring CA(SA) or CIMA qualification. At least 10 years' FP&A experience, including at least two years as an FP&A Manager. Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience. Commercial and supply chain finance knowledge, including manufacturing bills of materials. Proven ability to present clear insights and influence senior stakeholders. Multinational experience is preferred, and FMCG experience is advantageous. Based in Hammarsdale, KZN.
