SUMMARY:
A stable, long‑standing organization is seeking a Financial Accountant to oversee the full accounting function and support the Finance Manager. This is a key role for someone who thrives on independence, leadership, and accuracy in financial operations.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting \/ finance (articles advantageous) 5 - 7 years' accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior \/ supervisory role Strong management accounts, month‑end and year‑end experience Advanced Excel & ERP systems knowledge Solid VAT & SA tax expertise Proven ability to lead teams and work independently Key Responsibilities: Financial reporting, AP \/ AR oversight, cash flow, tax & compliance, team leadership, internal controls, and business partnering.
