SUMMARY:
Bush Lodge based close to Musina is looking for a friendly and service-focused Barlady / Waiter to join its team.

The successful candidate will provide welcoming bar and dining service, ensuring guests enjoy attentive hospitality throughout their stay.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Welcome guests and provide professional food and beverage service. Take orders accurately and communicate requests to the kitchen. Prepare and serve drinks according to lodge standards. Set up dining areas and the bar before service. Maintain knowledge of menus, drinks and daily specials. Handle guest enquiries and communicate dietary requirements accurately. Clear tables and keep service areas clean, organised and well stocked. Assist with beverage stocktakes, replenishment and stock rotation. Process bills and payments accurately where required. Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service procedures. Assist with guest hosting and other lodge duties as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a waiter or bar service role, preferably within a lodge, hotel or restaurant. Basic knowledge of beverages and drink preparation. Good communication and guest service skills. Friendly, professional and well presented. Reliable, organised and attentive to detail. Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. A positive team attitude and willingness to assist where needed. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
