Bush Lodge based close to Musina is looking for an enthusiastic Trails Guide / Front of House Couple to join its team.

The successful couple will combine guided bush experiences and warm guest hospitality, working closely together to ensure smooth lodge operations and memorable stays.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Trails Guide: Conduct guided walks and game drives within the scope of qualifications and authorisation. Deliver informative, engaging experiences while prioritising guest safety. Share knowledge of wildlife, plants and the surrounding environment. Maintain guiding equipment and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for activities. Assist with conservation activities and general lodge duties as required. Host guests and contribute to their overall lodge experience. Front of House: Welcome guests and coordinate arrivals and departures. Handle guest enquiries, requests and daily arrangements. Assist with reservations, correspondence and lodge administration. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams to ensure smooth service. Assist with meal service, guest hosting and maintaining presentation standards. Support stock control and day-to-day operational requirements. Requirements: A couple with relevant guiding and front-of-house experience, preferably within a bush lodge environment. The Trails Guide must hold the relevant guiding qualifications, registrations, first aid certification and driving documentation required for the activities conducted. The Front of House candidate should have strong guest relations, administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and a welcoming, professional approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. A practical, adaptable attitude and willingness to assist across departments. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
