An established international engineering and technical operations group based in the Carletonville/Fochville area offers an exciting opportunity to identify and develop the next generation of technical specialists, engineers and future business leaders.

What you'll be doing Build relationships with high schools to identify top-performing learners in mathematics, science and technical subjects. Engage with universities, engineering faculties and career development teams to identify promising students and graduates. Attend and coordinate career fairs, campus visits and recruitment events . Connect with MBA programmes and business schools to identify individuals with strong leadership potential. Identify high-performing students from other African countries studying at South African universities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions, professional networks and key stakeholders. Develop sustainable talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking. Manage candidate screening, recruitment planning, reporting and coordination from the Fochville office. What you'll need Experience in talent acquisition, graduate recruitment, campus engagement or proactive candidate sourcing. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills in both English and Afrikaans . Confidence engaging with educational institutions, senior stakeholders and industry professionals. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a natural ability to connect with people. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel regularly and engage with people face-to-face. Ability to balance external sourcing activities with a consistent office presence. Why consider this opportunity?
