About us Skillnet Recruitment is a growing recruitment agency based in Mbombela, placing quality candidates across finance, management, technical, engineering, mining, trades and industrial roles. We prefer quality over quantity, and we are looking for a dedicated 180 recruiter to join our team remotely. About the role As a 180 recruiter you will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, sourcing, screening and shortlisting top candidates for our open vacancies, while our team manages the client side. Key responsibilities Source and headhunt candidates through job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and our existing candidate pool Conduct telephonic screening interviews with new applicants Send and follow up on video interview links, and shortlist candidates from completed videos Check CVs, employment history and references Keep candidate records and the recruitment database accurate and up to date Meet daily and weekly sourcing and shortlisting targets Requirements MUST have previous experience working as a recruiter (agency experience preferred) Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates Fluent in English and Afrikaans Own laptop and stable, fast internet connection Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently from home Strong communication and telephone skills Experience with Placement Partner a huge advantage How to apply Apply online at Due to POPIA, we cannot accept CVs via WhatsApp or email.
