SAP STP Functional Consultant Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions. Configure and support SAP procurement and purchasing processes. Manage and optimise end-to-end Source-to-Pay \/ Procure-to-Pay workflows. Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification and payment-related processes. Facilitate workshops with business users to gather requirements and document functional specifications. Perform SAP system configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support integration between SAP procurement, materials management and finance processes. Prepare functional specifications for technical developments, enhancements and system integrations. Conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements and production incidents. Develop user documentation and provide training to business users. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls and internal business processes. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation and system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and external service providers.
