This role will work closely with the Inventory Manager and Accountant, helping ensure stock movements are correctly captured and accurately reflected in the financial records.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities will include: Capturing stock and inventory transactions accurately and timeously. Assisting with stock movements, adjustments and reconciliations. Capturing information that affects inventory values and financial records. Supporting the Inventory Manager with stock administration and record keeping. Assisting the Accountant with finance-related capturing and supporting documentation. Checking information for accuracy and following up on discrepancies. Maintaining organised and up-to-date records. Assisting with general stock and finance administration as required. What You'll Need Matric. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Essential) Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with data, figures and repetitive capturing tasks. Basic understanding of stock, inventory or finance administration would be advantageous. Computer literacy, including Excel. Accurate, organised and reliable working style. Willingness to learn and assist across both inventory and finance functions.
