Shift Production Supervisor

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Shift Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing client and lead production teams within a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

POSITION INFO:
The Role Lead shift-based production activities, ensuring output, efficiency, quality and safety targets are achieved. Supervise and develop production teams, monitor equipment performance and downtime, coordinate with maintenance and support functions, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. What you bring: National Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in capping production is essential. Experience in injection moulding or high-volume automated manufacturing will be advantageous. FMCG manufacturing exposure will be advantageous. Knowledge of production planning, quality systems and lean manufacturing principles. Strong leadership, people-management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to work shifts. Candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply for consideration.
