SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team in George.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Receive and assist customers with vehicle service and repair requirements. Book vehicles in for services and repairs. Open and manage job cards. Liaise with technicians and workshop staff. Provide customers with updates on vehicle progress. Prepare and explain quotations where required. Follow up with customers regarding additional repairs. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process. Requirements: 1-2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-service role. Automotive\/dealership experience essential. Experience with dealer management systems essential. Good customer service and communication skills. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment. Valid driver's licence required. Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
