KwaZulu Natal, Durban R 90000 Monthly Cost To Company Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for their Durban (Pinetown) plastics manufacturing plant This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager and is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong background in manufacturing, particularly within the plastics manufacturing industry.

Sales Manager [Manufacturing/Plastics sector] KwaZulu Natal, Durban R 90000 Monthly Cost To Company Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for their Durban (Pinetown) plastics manufacturing plant This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager and is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong background in manufacturing, particularly within the plastics manufacturing industry. Package Total Guaranteed Cost to Company (TGCOE): R90,000 per month Cell Phone Allowance: R1,500 per month Car Allowance: R6,500 per month Petrol Card Key Responsibilities Lead and drive the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance. Work closely with production and operational teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reporting to the General Manager. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in a Sales Manager role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required. Must be currently residing in Durban . Additional Requirements Senior-level candidate with the maturity and experience required to engage at executive level. Age: 35 years and older . Must be able to travel locally and nationally when required.
