Reservations Manager - Knysna

Our client in upmarket market property rental (holiday) is on a recruitment drive for a dynamic, organised and proactive Reservations Manage to manage bookings and guest communication across our exclusive Holiday rental portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage guest journey from first enquiry to booking close-out, convert enquiries into bookings and ensure every detail followed through.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, booking confirmations and rental agreements Keep availability, calendars and booking records accurate and current Provide prompt guest support before, during and after stays, resolving queries and escalating issues. Coordinate arrivals, departures and special requests with property managers and housekeeping Track payments and refunable security deposits with finance, keeping guests informated Support approved marketing and occassional finance administration, with reservations taking priority Basic Requirements: Experience in reservations, hospitality or guest-service administration Excellent English, strong organization and close attention to detail Confidence managing multiple bookings and communicating with discerning guests Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using booking systems, task-management platforms and AI Tools Matric, valid driver's licence and won reliable transport
