Parts & Logistics Manager - Centurion, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced Parts & Logistics Manager to join a dynamic automotive organisation and take responsibility for parts pricing, inventory optimisation, dealer support, logistics efficiency and accessory development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the right parts are available at the right time, while supporting dealer operations, improving stock turnover and maintaining accurate parts catalogues and pricing structures. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate and competitive parts pricing Ensure strong parts availability and fill rates Oversee dealer inventory levels based on demand forecasting Manage parts distribution, logistics efficiency, imports and Customs liaison Maintain and update parts catalogues and supersession information Support dealers with technical parts identification and compatibility Develop and refine accessory offerings based on market demand Analyse parts consumption, buying behaviour and market trends Provide support and training to dealership parts teams Manage parts ordering, procurement and supply chain processes Monitor stock shortages and improve stock turnover Oversee warehouse controls, pricing and catalogue management Coordinate with aftersales teams regarding warranty and service parts availability Requirements Relevant Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business or Technical Engineering preferred Proven experience in Parts & Accessories Management Previous OEM or dealership environment experience highly advantageous Strong knowledge of technical parts catalogues, supersession tracking and inventory control Experience with pricing structures, demand forecasting and product development Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Experience with ERP and inventory systems such as SAP, CDK or similar Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work closely with sales, aftersales, dealerships and external suppliers If you have strong experience in automotive parts, logistics, inventory management and dealer support, we would like to hear from you.
