Outlets Manager

SUMMARY:
A prestigious luxury hospitality establishment in Cape Town is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Outlets Manager to oversee restaurant and beverage operations. The successful candidate will lead teams, maintain exceptional service standards, enhance guest satisfaction and achieve financial objectives within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring consistent service excellence. Lead, motivate and develop teams through coaching, training and performance management. Manage budgets, cost controls, productivity and financial performance. Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and compliance. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions and revenue-generating opportunities. Manage staffing, recruitment, scheduling and operational planning. Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Must be a South African citizen and reside in the Cape Town area. Matric / Grade 12 qualification. At least 3 years' experience in a 5* hotel or luxury lodge within food and beverage management or a related hospitality role. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Financial and analytical acumen, with computer literacy. Ability to multitask, prioritise and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Must be well presented, professional, organised and passionate about guest service.
