Concierge

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a polished, professional and service-driven Concierge to join a luxury five-star establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for  delivering  personalised guest experiences through exceptional service, strong local knowledge and the ability to assist guests with a range of requests, arrangements and bespoke experiences.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Concierge role within a luxury or five-star establishment. Strong knowledge of Cape Town attractions, restaurants, experiences and tourism offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Proven ability to deliver personalised and memorable guest experiences. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Professional appearance and confident guest interaction. Membership with Les Clefs d'Or will be advantageous.
