Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Hybrid Contract Opportunity in Cape Town or Johannesburg 

Established Client in the Technology Industry requires a Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis, who will be responsibl for planning and delivery of software projects.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans based on business requirements. Manage day-to-day project operations including task assignment, progress tracking, and issue resolution. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Maintain an up-to-date RAID log. Track project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization. Escalate deviations proactively. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to manage expectations, report progress, and secure approvals. Produce weekly\/monthly status reports and lead steering committee meetings. Ensure alignment with governance frameworks. Key Requirements: Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering Project Managment Certification or Diploma Minimum 6 Years experience in a similar role, managing end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation or upgrades projects Proven track record working in Agile environment and be proficient in Azure DevOps Must be Comfortabl managing financials and cost trackings within projects
