SUMMARY:
Night Shift Supervisor – Warehousing
Location: Wadeville, Germiston
Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 CTC per month
 
Purpose of the Role
An established company in Wadeville is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse during the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating receiving and dispatch activities, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring productivity, and enforcing company procedures and safety standards.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role , preferably within a high-volume environment Previous experience working night shifts Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control Experience supervising and managing warehouse staff Good understanding of stock control and inventory procedures Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Computer literate with experience using warehouse or ERP systems.
