Key Responsibilities

• Generate new vehicle sales through showroom traffic, referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Follow up on leads and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Ensure all sales administration and documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous vehicle sales experience within a franchised motor dealership would be advantageous.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Well-presented, professional, and confident.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Matric certificate.
• Traceable references.
• Clear criminal record and ITC.

Salary & Benefits 

• Basic Salary: R11 000 – R13 500 (negotiable based on experience)
