A market-leading industrial distribution business is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and support branch sales teams across the Durban region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and gross profit growth, developing regional sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored MRO solutions. This role requires a strong commercial leader who can coach high-performing sales teams, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the long-term success of the region. Education: Matric / Grade 12. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field advantageous. Job Experience & Skills Required: Proven sales management experience within MRO, industrial distribution, or technical sales environments. Strong understanding of MRO products such as bearings, fasteners, power transmission, and lubricants. Demonstrated success in achieving sales and gross profit targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities. Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple branches and sales teams across a region. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly. Apply now!
