Job Overview

• A reputable motor dealership in Ballito is looking for a motivated, energetic and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Executive.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about motor vehicle sales, capable of building strong customer relationships and committed to achieving excellent sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through showroom enquiries, referrals and prospecting.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on prospective buyers and sales enquiries.
• Negotiate sales and work towards monthly targets.
• Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation.
• Deliver a professional customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous vehicle sales experience, preferably within a franchised motor dealership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
• Motivated, confident and target-driven.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver's licence.

Salary & Benefits 

• Basic salary: R11,500–R13,500 per month.
