Light Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive – Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

Job Overview

• An established motor dealership in Umhlanga is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Light Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join its sales team.
• This position will suit an experienced vehicle sales professional who understands customer needs and enjoys developing business opportunities.
• Previous experience selling bakkies or light commercial vehicles will be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell light commercial vehicles to individual and business customers.
• Develop sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct professional presentations and test drives.
• Build relationships with customers and local businesses.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and outstanding enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous vehicle sales experience, preferably within a motor dealership.
• Bakkie or light commercial vehicle sales experience advantageous.
• Strong sales, prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's licence.

Salary & Benefits 

• Basic salary: R11,500–R13,500 per month.
