What you’ll own

• Coordinate and administer the psychometric assessment process end to end, including scheduling and delivering assessment feedback sessions to candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate the 360-feedback process, including nominations, launches, reminders and report distribution, and facilitate individual 360 feedback debrief sessions.
• Support the PDP process, talent reviews and succession-related activities through templates, tracking, scheduling and consolidated reporting.
• Support the delivery of company surveys, including eNPS, across build, launch, communication and close-out; analyse results, prepare reporting packs and present team-level debriefs to managers and their teams.
• Coordinate EAP communication and awareness campaigns including webinars and run quarterly wellness campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Coordinate culture club activities and internal event logistics, including supplier coordination, communication and budget tracking.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather insights regarding employee experience.
• Prepare people data, reports and presentation packs and support analysis that informs OD interventions.
• Develop and enhance content for communication, training and workshop material, and co-facilitate team sessions and workshops alongside the Senior OD Specialist.
• Manage Flash Life App and Flash Club - including monthly maintenance of the app backend and membership databases (adding, updating and terminating employees), inviting new members at the start of each month, resolving member queries, managing evidence submissions and approvals, preparing monthly token schedules and supporting the annual close-out and relaunch cycle.

Experience we’re looking for

• Honours degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology / B Psych Equivalence
• 1 - 2 years' experience in an HR, OD, talent or people function (graduate programme, Psychometrist internship or HR generalist exposure will be considered)
• HPCSA registration as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice) (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of psychometric assessment administration, interpretation and ethical practice
• Presentation and basic facilitation skills for small group and one-on-one sessions
• Strong business writing - able to draft clear internal communication for a range of audiences
• AI tooling and experimentation to enhance efficiency

Bonus points if you have… 

• 360 feedback platforms and report interpretation
• Experience on Survey platforms such as Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
