SUMMARY:
Job Title: Stores Supervisor
Location: Cape Town

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Stores Supervisor. You will take full control and supervision of the stores, making sure stock, tools and hazardous substances are managed accurately, safely and in line with best practice.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: 8 - 10 years' proven stores management experience with a track record of managing teams and ensuring best practices for safety and performance. An engineering/steel manufacturing background will be an advantage. Computer literacy with intermediate to advanced excel skills is non-negotiable. A relevant qualification in warehouse management and/or supply chain management will be a distinct advantage. Strategic thinking and leadership skills. Assertive and persuasive communicator with a strong grasp of business challenges. Key Responsibilities: General and financial control and supervision of all stores including but not limited to receiving, tools & consumables. Gas bottle count and reconciliation. Stock planning and ordering. Timesheet management of all stores-related employees. Stores cycle counts / stock takes. Tools issue and receipt management. Requisition and other book control. Manage and monitor hazardous substances in line with OHS Act and regulations, including but not limited to gas cylinders and flammables. To apply, email CVs to:
