Relief Controller

SUMMARY:
Relief Controller – Milnerton - Cape Town 

We are seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Relief Controller to support the Administration and Stock Control departments at Head Office in Milnerton. Responsibilities include monitoring staff vehicle movements and allocations on AutoBid, conducting weekly vehicle stock takes, tracking vehicle books, spare keys and NATIS documents, recording vehicle damage and repairs, investigating stock discrepancies, preparing reports and providing relief cover for the Key Controller, Books Controller and Stock Controller when required.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Valid Code 8 driver's licence. Strong administrative, organisational and record-keeping skills. Basic computer literacy; AutoBid or vehicle stock system experience will be advantageous. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Honest, dependable and able to work independently and in a team. Previous vehicle administration, stock control or motor industry experience will be advantageou
