Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver enterprise web and mobile application projects Guide teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Drive engineering excellence through best practices, code quality, and modern development methodologies Mentor, coach, and develop software engineers within the team Lead team performance discussions, feedback sessions, and development initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges Participate in solution architecture, estimation, and project planning activities Promote DevOps practices, continuous integration, and technical innovation Build strong customer relationships and ensure successful solution delivery Drive continuous improvement across technology, people, and processes Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment Proven experience leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing software engineers Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience Technical Skills: JavaScript Angular, React, or Vue.js Express.js and Next.js NPM Package Management Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp Experience working with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, or Python MongoDB and other NoSQL technologies Additional Requirements: Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals Strong architectural and solution-design skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work across multiple technologies and environments Passion for continuous improvement and team development Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills Apply now!
