Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver enterprise web and mobile application projects Guide teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Drive technical excellence, clean code practices, and engineering standards Mentor, coach, and develop software engineers within the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges Support solution design, estimation, architecture, and technical decision-making Champion DevOps practices, continuous integration, and quality improvement initiatives Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing expectations Ensure compliance with data security standards and industry regulations Lead continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes, and technology Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment Proven experience leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical teams Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement experience Technical Skills: Java Spring Framework and Spring Boot RESTful API and enterprise application development Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA, Spring Data) Build tools such as Maven and Gradle Cloud platforms including Azure and AWS Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS) Advantageous: Angular, React, or Vue.js Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CDK DevOps and CI\/CD experience Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB Additional Requirements: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to architect and structure solutions within enterprise environments Passion for continuous learning and team development Apply now!
