SUMMARY:
DBN000395 - Internal Sales & Exports Consultant - Boksburg

Purpose of the Job: 
To manage internal sales and the full export process, ensuring excellent customer service, order processing, compliants and timely international deliveries.

Required Qualifications:

• Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 7 years’ sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ export experience (non-negotiable)

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage customer accounts and relationships. Prepare quotations and process sales orders. Handle customer queries, stock and deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and finance. Manage export documentation and customs compliance. Arrange freight, inspections and international shipments. Ensure accurate invoicing, payments and currency selection. Maintain records and prepare export sales reports.
