Divisional Head: Sell Your Damaged Car (SYDC)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute divisional strategy and business plans.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, purchasing strategies, and commercial performance.
- Take full accountability for divisional budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 8-10 years management experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership role.
- Experience within the automotive, auction, salvage, vehicle sales, insurance, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business growth, profitability management, and operational leadership.
- Strong financial management and commercial decision-making capability.
- Valid driver's licence.
