Our client is looking for an In-House Systems Trainer who will take ownership of learning and understanding the company’s internal systems, processes and workflows.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric \/ Grade 12. Relevant qualification in Training, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration or a related field advantageous. Previous experience in systems training, software training, process training or user support . Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting, warehouse, manufacturing or other business systems advantageous. Strong documentation and technical writing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex processes and explain them clearly to different levels of users.
