POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance the reporting and analytics capability across the business. Deliver meaningful insights that support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making. Partner with senior stakeholders and executives to drive a data-driven culture. Develop and implement reporting frameworks, KPI governance, and best practices. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team. Drive innovation through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives. Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Requirements: ✅ Postgraduate qualification in: Actuarial Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Data Science Or a related quantitative discipline ✅ Proven experience: Leading reporting or analytics teams Working with senior stakeholders and executives Developing reporting frameworks and business insights Advanced analytics and machine learning Managing projects and team performance Technical Skills: Python SQL Power BI Data Visualisation Advanced Analytics KPI Reporting & Governance Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Pandas, etc.) Data Quality and Stewardship Frameworks Ideal Candidate: You are: A strategic and analytical thinker Passionate about data, AI, and innovation A strong communicator who can translate data into business value An effective leader who enjoys developing people and driving performance Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business 📍 Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg 📧 Interested?
