We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Global Mobility Coordinator to support the seamless relocation and onboarding of internationally mobile professionals across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end international relocation processes. Support immigration and visa activities by working closely with external immigration partners and relocating professionals. Manage case documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance throughout the mobility journey. Generate and maintain mobility reporting and analytics, including tracking movement trends and key metrics. Research immigration requirements, relocation processes, and settlement considerations for current and emerging destinations. Develop and maintain informative destination guides covering topics such as banking, housing, driving, schooling, childcare, and local services. Create and distribute engaging communications and resources to support relocating employees. Assist with policy updates, process improvements, and mobility-related projects. Coordinate welcome initiatives and support a positive relocation experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For Previous experience or relevant qualifications in Global Mobility, Human Resources, Immigration, Administration, or a related field. Exceptional organisational skills with a strong eye for detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to compile and analyse reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across different time zones. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent research capabilities. Confident using technology and digital tools to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Interest in AI and automation tools will be advantageous. Ready for your next career move?
