🎯 Doel van die Pos: Om kos- en drankbestellings akkuraat te neem, uitstekende tafeldiens aan gaste te lewer en te verseker dat die eetareas skoon en netjies bly.

📋 Belangrike Vereistes:

Vorige ondervinding in 'n besige restaurant, kroeg of hotel-eetarea.

Goeie kennis van spyskaarte, wyne en algemene etiket.

Die vermoë om vir lang periodes op die voete te wees en onder druk te werk.

🎯 Doel van die Pos: Om hotelkamers, badkamers en openbare areas volgens streng higiëne- en gehaltestandaarde skoon te maak en te verseker dat kamers gereed is vir nuwe gaste.

📋 Belangrike Vereistes:

Vorige ondervinding in huishoudelike skoonmaak of skoonmaakdienste binne die gasvryheidsbedryf word sterk aanbeveel.

Goeie oog vir detail en 'n sterk werksetiek.

2.2. 🧼 Skoonmaker / Openbare Area-skoonmaker

🎯 Doel van die Pos: Om te verseker dat voorportale, gange, ontspanningsareas en badkamers deurgaans skoon, netjies en verwelkomend vir gaste is.

📋 Belangrike Vereistes:

Fisies fiks en in staat om aktiewe werk te verrig.

Ondervinding met die gebruik van industriële skoonmaaktoerusting sal 'n voordeel wees.

Betroubaar en hardwerkend.

3. 👨‍🍳 KOMBUIS & KULINÊRE SPAN

3.1. 🍳 Sjef / Assistent-sjef / Lynsjef (Kombuissjef / Chef de Partie)

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To welcome guests professionally, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and respond to enquiries while providing excellent customer service.

📋 Important Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel or guesthouse environment (minimum 1–2 years).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans and English; additional languages are an advantage).

Computer literacy and experience with reservation systems such as Opera, Nightsbridge or MS Office.

Neat, professional appearance and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

1.2. 🍽️ Waiter / Waitress / Food & Beverage Server

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To take food and beverage orders accurately, provide excellent table service and ensure that dining areas remain clean and tidy.

Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hotel dining environment.

Good knowledge of menus, wines and general dining etiquette.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure that the bar area remains clean and well-stocked.

Proven experience as a bartender.

2. 🧹 ACCOMMODATION & HOUSEKEEPING

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To clean hotel rooms, bathrooms and public areas according to strict hygiene and quality standards, ensuring that rooms are ready for incoming guests.

📋 Important Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience within the hospitality industry is highly recommended.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking.

2.2. 🧼 Cleaner / Public Area Cleaner

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To ensure that lobbies, hallways, recreational areas and bathrooms are consistently clean, neat and welcoming to guests.

📋 Important Requirements:

Physically fit and able to perform active duties.

Experience using industrial cleaning equipment will be an advantage.

3. 👨‍🍳 KITCHEN & CULINARY TEAM

3.1. 🍳 Chef / Sous Chef / Line Chef (Line Cook / Chef de Partie)

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To prepare, cook and plate meals according to recipes and high-quality standards while maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene.

📋 Important Requirements:

Formal culinary qualification and/or proven experience in a professional kitchen.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.

3.2. 🧽 Kitchen Assistant / Scullery Worker / Kitchen Porter

🎯 Purpose of the Position: To assist with food preparation, including peeling and preparing vegetables, washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

📋 Important Requirements:

Willingness to work hard and stand for extended periods.

No formal experience is strictly required.

Reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
