POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced DEBTORS MANAGER for a well-established, growing concern - position based in the Southern Drakensberg area. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Relevant qualification\/s an added advantage. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email \/ Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheets). 5yrs+ previous working experience with a debtor's book of over 200 customers. Strong staff management experience. Previous retail experience is essential. Ability to co-ordinate invoices from multiple till points. Ensure that debtors policies are communicated and adhered to. Maintain debtor's database. Previous tracing queries experience (from point of sale to accounting software) is essential. Compile monthly report and ensure month end procedures are followed. Monthly credit management. Oversee entire billing process. Balancing and reconciliation of accounts. Provide weekly cash flow projections. Person must be prepared to work shifts and public holidays. Must be willing to relocate to the Southern Drakensberg area.
