Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking X2 dedicated, self-motivated, and results-driven  Junior Production Supervisors to join their Production Team in Humansdorp

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the UHT production facility during shift operations, ensuring that daily production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational objectives are consistently achieved. Responsibilities include maintaining high housekeeping standards on production lines, minimizing production losses, monitoring the correct usage of cleaning chemicals, conducting on-line quality inspections, and ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained to required standards. The role requires effective communication with management and production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork. Additional responsibilities include workforce administration, timesheet management, report writing, updating production performance charts, enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring correct PPE usage, attending maintenance meetings, optimizing labour utilization, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across production, rework, and yard areas. Minimum Requirements: Matric Certificate and have successfully completed a Supervisory Course, together with 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment will be advantageous.
