Workshop Foreman in Clayville Type: Permanent Location: Clayville Olifantsfontein Salary: Market Related - R200 negotiable Contract: 3-Month Probation, with possibility of permanent placement based on performance REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Previous Workshop Foreman experience - advantageous Experience in fabrication\/manufacturing, particularly within the steel industry Fitter\/Electrician qualification and experience - advantageous Strong workshop and production knowledge Ability to supervise and coordinate workshop activities Good leadership and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities Manage workshop staff and allocate tasks Ensure production and fabrication work is completed efficiently and to required standards Monitor quality, productivity and adherence to safety procedures Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting where required Ensure tools, equipment and materials are properly managed Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
