Ushers

Overview:

• Assist patrons as they come in from the parking to locate the foyer.
• Assist patrons with their tickets by scanning and helping them locate their seats.
• Usher patrons into the theatre once the doors open.
• Close doors once the show starts.
• Monitor throughout the show and prepare for interval if any.
• Assist and usher patrons into the theatre and increase their overall guest experience by making their navigation through the theatre as easy as possible.
• Complete a venue sweep, looking through rows and seats after the show to ensure there are no lost items, pick up glasses or trash.

• No work experience required.

• Matric
