POSITION INFO:
Technical Internal Sales Representative LOCATION: Boksburg Reference: MID735   ABOUT THE ROLE: Promote and sell refrigeration products to walk-in and call-in customers, providing technical advice, identifying customer needs, and supporting branch sales growth.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist walk-in and call-in customers by identifying their product requirements and providing accurate technical advice and product recommendations. Promote the full product range and confidently convert customer enquiries into sales. Educate customers on product features, services, warranties, and relevant technical information. Keep up to date with market trends, products, and developments within the refrigeration industry. Reports to: Branch Manager   REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Matric (essential) Technical Refrigeration qualification (advantageous) Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the technical refrigeration industry Sound refrigeration product knowledge is essential Skills & Knowledge: Strong technical refrigeration industry knowledge with practical experience and a sound understanding of refrigeration products & applications Basic business acumen & hands-on technical ability Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Competencies & Characteristics: Planning, stress tolerance, ambition, analytical thinking, persistence, social confidence, and persuasion Ownership, problem-solving, high work standards, results-driven, organizational skills, and a strong team player   REMUNERATION & BENEFITS: Basic Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 per month Company Benefits: 50% contribution towards main member Discovery Medical Aid & Pension Fund   HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your Detailed CV, Certificates, and ID copy to: Subject Line: MID735 – Technical Internal Sales Rep (Boksburg)
