Job Description

• Co-ordinates tasks / activities associated with the implementation of procedures, monitoring and reporting outcomes. 
• Monitors and evaluates progress with regards to mechanical repairs, installation or maintenance works.
• Performs specific administrative tasks / activities associated with the updating and maintaining records / information.

Essential Requirements

• Trade Tested Artisan (Mechanical Building Services). 
• Valid motor vehicle driving license. 
• 5 Years relevant post qualification experience. 
• Computer Literacy.

Special Conditions

• Required to work in all weather conditions. Required to work outside normal working hours during emergencies and planned overtime.

Physical Requirements

• The physical attributes required for performance of tasks associated with specific key performance areas in this post necessitates that the incumbent be physically fit and able bodies

Qualifications
Essential Requirements

• Trade Tested Artisan (Mechanical Building Services). 
• Valid motor vehicle driving license. 
• 5 Years relevant post qualification experience. 
• Computer Literacy.
