POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements 5+ years' experience in a Store\/Restaurant\/Branch Management role Strong experience within Fast Food, QSR, Restaurant or Retail Proven ability to lead and manage a sizeable team Strong understanding of sales, stock control, food cost and profitability Excellent people-management and communication skills A hands-on, energetic and solutions-driven approach Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong administration and organisational skills Someone who takes ownership and accountability Key Responsibilities: You're on the floor, leading from the front, coaching your team, watching the numbers and making things happen Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store Leading, motivating and developing a team Driving sales, turnover and profitability Managing stock, food costs, wastage and operational expenses Ensuring excellent customer service and product quality Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and franchise standards Managing staff scheduling, attendance and performance
