Snr Desktop Technician
POSITION INFO:
Degree\/National Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT •Minimum 4 years' experience as a Desktop Support Technician in an organisation similar to the City of Tshwane •Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or similar qualification •A+\/N+ certification •ITIL v3 Foundation Certification an added advantage
