SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for a Site Manager/Tactical Coordinator in the Mining Division in based inImpala Platinum, Rustenburg Mine
 
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

POSITION INFO:
Day to day operational duties surface and underground, responding to incidents Opening of dockets for SAPS and for internal use Crime scene management Attending to unrest situations (labour and community) Incident and Risk management Fleet management Ensure compliance to the Company's disciplinary code Ensure that all company SOP's are followed Ensure that court procedures are fulfilled Liaise with HR department concerning disciplinary enquiries to ensure fulfilment thereof Firearm proficient Preferred qualifications\/attributes\/skills: PSIRA certification Grade A Riot Control Comp A and Comp B Accredited Tactical training Diploma in Security management or environment will be an advantage Excellent written & verbal communication skills Computer skills (DMS and Office) Knowledge of the criminal procedure act Firearm competency Handgun, shotgun, rifle Statement of results with Business Purpose for all firearms Will undergo polygraph test as needed The ability to communicate and present at all levels The ability to work under pressure Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record Driver's licence (Preferably EC1 or EC with PDP) Undergo screening process prior to interview, which the candidate needs to be successful in all requirements Screening process will be as follow: Shooting exercise Member needs to be successful with all the above to be successful for the selection to continue with the process of MIE screening and polygraph.
