POSITION INFO:
Experience 8-10 years procurement in miming or earthmoving industries Strong background in spares management, particularly drill rigs Proven track record in supplier relations and technical purchasing Systems Knowledge Proficiency in PasteI Sage Accounting system MS Office Must have Driverse License Comfortable with binning systems and structured stock management processes Duties & Responsibilities Purchase order creation and quotation preparation aligned with part number Stock management including binning, reconciliation and availability tracking Supplier communication for lead times, quotations and escalations Ensuring compliance with workflow documentation and operationaI standards Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement or Logistics Candidate Profile Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills. Solution driven and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. TechnicaI understanding of drill rig spares and mining equipment. Communication skills, clear professionaI supplier/customer interaction
