Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Commercial Industry, experienced in managing commercial, retail and mixed-used projects with strong leadership and communication skills.

 
Requirements:

• Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP – essential.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience, with substantial
  exposure to commercial, retail and mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver the full QS
  
• Strong commercial, contractual, financial management and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Established professional networks and business development capabilities will be
  
• Excellent communication, client relationship management and organisational
  
• Willingness to travel to client premises and project sites as required.
• DimX and WinQS experience.
